About Us
Vince is an IBEW journeyman inside wireman with over 25 years of electrical industry experience. The variety of positions held and tasks he has performed allow him to present material from the various perspectives of management, labor, installer or repair personnel. Or, as Vince often says, he's done almost everything from a suit to a shovel and can share the lessons he has learned. But it is his ability to deliver the material in an enthusiastic and lively manner that keeps the students involved and learning. He is a gifted public speaker that has given many keynote and master of ceremonies presentations, but specializes in electrical training. You'll have a hard time sleeping when Vince is teaching!
Since 1998, Vince has developed his classes to teach more than electrical information; students learn management skills, critical thinking, cost considerations, time management and job planning. He emphasizes that productivity and profit are linked to education, knowledge and respect. Some of Vince's strengths are helping to unite management and labor over safety and compliance issues, and helping build team concepts and better relations.
